The difference, not the diary.
A shared calendar changes under you all day: a meeting moves, an event is cancelled, something new appears next Tuesday. Your calendar app shows you what is there now, never what is different. CalDelta shows you only what changed.
It watches the calendars you choose and keeps a private record of what it has seen. Anything added or removed since then shows up in a list, grouped by how recently it happened.

Events removed: still described in full, because CalDelta remembers them even after the calendar has forgotten.
One notification a day, at a time you choose, and only when something actually changed. Nothing changed, nothing arrives.

Every comparison happens on the device. No event title, time, location, guest or note is ever sent anywhere: there is no server holding your diary, because there is nothing on a server to hold.
The one thing that does leave the phone is an anonymous push token and the time of day you picked, so a scheduler knows when to wake the app up. That token identifies a copy of an app, not a person. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
