Privacy notice
Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form.
What the site collects on its own
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts. The typefaces are served from this domain. Netlify, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational purposes, as any host does.
The contact form
The form on the home page collects your name, your email address, your company if you give one, the engagement type you select, and your message. It is processed by Netlify Forms, run by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Submissions are held in my Netlify account and emailed to me. Netlify screens them for spam using Akismet, run by Automattic, which means the contents of a submission are sent to Akismet for that check.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you sent me a message and I need it in order to reply. I keep enquiries for two years, or for as long as we are working together plus the six years UK company records require, whichever is longer. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share enquiries with anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form, put "data request" in the message, and I will action it and reply to the address you give. IDST Ltd is the data controller. If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If the form's fields or its processors change, this page changes in the same breath. The date at the top is the date it was last true.
