Every other weekend is free. What's on?Wazzon‽ answers that for Cornwall: near you, on the days you can actually go.
Free · Any browser, installs to the home screen · No account · iPhone app on its way
Only the days you are free, only the places you would drive to.
Every listings site shows you everything, everywhere, every day. You do not want everything. You want to know what is on this Saturday within half an hour of home. Wazzon‽ shows you that and nothing else.
Set where home is and how far you will travel. Pick your free days: weekends or weekdays, every week or every other week from a date you choose. The list, the map and the search all narrow to the showings that fit.
Venue and what's-on sites read every week, from Hall for Cornwall to the village hall, merged so a show listed in three places appears once.
Tap to add a showing to your own calendar, and one more to book on the venue's page. Wazzon‽ never sells the ticket; it points you to whoever does.
Miles of Cornwall covered, from the Lizard to Bude, so the radius you choose is yours and not the app's.
Accounts, adverts or trackers. Your home, radius and free days are stored on your phone and go nowhere.
Gathered once a week, so you never have to.
Every Monday a script reads the listings from the venues below, merges duplicates, adds coordinates for each venue and drops anything that runs for more than six weeks (exhibitions, the ice rink), then publishes one file. The app reads that file and does the rest on your phone.

Where a listing is thin, a short note on what the show is and what the press made of it is written by an AI from published reviews, with the outlet named. Treat it as a nudge, not a verdict, and check the venue page before travelling.
What it cannot see: the Minack and The Cornish Bank block automated readers, Eden Sessions are announced separately, and most smaller venues only list two to four months ahead, so later weeks fill in as they go.
A list, a map, and the show.
Your location and settings stay on your phone.
The app fetches one public file from idst.uk, the same listings everyone gets, and works out what is near you and on your days entirely on the device. Where you live, how far you will go and which days are free are never sent anywhere.
There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. Using your current location is optional and only happens when you tap the button for it. Adding a showing to your calendar writes one event, on your phone, when you ask it to. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
